Sound editing tutorial

Since I havent seen any guides how to change sounds for HOMMV TOE (and most like for previous versions), I’ll post mine here. Sounds are located in soundsfx.pak and they are named as, for example “337FA5B7-5235-4E23-9714-AD6E5769817E”. There’s a new interesting function in 3.1 (undocumented by Nival)

EnableHeroAI(heroName,false)
Description
heroName is internal name of the hero controlled by computer
Second argument takes values true (enable) or false (disable).

Basics
The New Creatures Framework, referred to as NCF, is a game executable modification allowing adding multiple creatures without replacing original files and without risk of mod conflict. The newest version enables creaure slots up to 499 and is updated for Tribes of The East 3.1. NCF core engine does not contain any creatures on its own, yet there is a long list avaliable to dowload (see below).
