Provides 1000 gold per day.
Fort Fort - 5000 Gold , 20 Wood , 20 Ore
Requires: Village Hall
Builds a level one city wall. It is required to build 1st level creature dwellings.
Citadel Citadel - 7500 Gold , 10 Wood , 10 Ore
Requires: Fort
Builds a moat and level two city wall.
Castle Castle - 7500 Gold , 10 Wood , 10 Ore
Requires: Citadel
Builds a keep and level three city wall.
Tavern Tavern - 500 Gold , 2 Wood
Requires: Village Hall
Allows the recruitment of heroes.
Rogue's Guild Rogue's Guild - 3000 Gold , 4 Wood , 10 Ore
Requires: Village Hall
Sells Greatswords (1000 Gold), Crossbows (250 Gold), Vials of Acid (500 Gold), Demon Fire (500 Gold) and Potions of Restoration (500 Gold), Immortality (1000 Gold), and Mana (500 Gold).
Caravan Caravan - 4000 Gold , 10 Wood
Requires: Fort
Sends heroes and creatures to remote locations. Travel time is computed using high (30 move / day) movement rate
Shipyard Shipyard - 2000 Gold , 20 Wood
Requires: Fort, A body of water is required near the town.
Build ships, and allows caravans to travel across bodies of water.

Requires: Village Hall
Teaches 3 Level One Chaos Magic spells. Heroes who visit regain up to 35% of their spell points. Heroes who spend the night recover all of their spell points.
Sorcerer's Guild level 2 Sorcerer's Guild level 2 - 1000 Gold , 1 Mercury
Requires: Sorcerer's Guild level 1
Teaches 3 Level Two Chaos Magic spells. Heroes who visit regain up to 50% of their spell points. Heroes who spend the night recover all of their spell points.
Sorcerer's Guild level 3 Sorcerer's Guild level 3 - 1000 Gold , 1 Mercury
Requires: Sorcerer's Guild level 2
Teaches 3 Level Three Chaos Magic spells. Heroes who visit regain up to 65% of their spell points. Heroes who spend the night recover all of their spell points.

Teaches 2 Level Four Chaos Magic spells. Heroes who visit regain up to 80% of their spell points. Heroes who spend the night recover all of their spell points.

Requires: Sorcerer's Guild level 4
Teaches 1 Level Five Chaos Magic spells. Heroes who visit or spend the night recover 100% of their spell points
Hall of the Dead Hall of the Dead - 2500 Gold , 2 Wood , 2 Ore , 2 Sulfur
Requires: Sorcerer's Guild level 1
Teaches Death Magic spells. Depending on the level of the mage guild, it teaches 2 spells each for levels One, Two and Three and 1 spell each for Levels Four and Five.
Witch Hall Witch Hall - 2500 Gold , 2 Wood , 2 Ore , 2 Crystal
Requires: Sorcerer's Guild level 1
Teaches Nature Magic spells. Depending on the level of the mage guild, it teaches 2 spells each for levels One, Two and Three and 1 spell each for Levels Four and Five.

Statuary Garden Statuary Garden - 3000 Gold , 6 Ore
Requires: Fort, Sorcerer's Guild Level 1, Den of Thieves or Orc Towers
Generates Medusas. Building the Statuary Garden prevents the construction of the Labyrinth.
Labyrinth Labyrinth - 3000 Gold , 3 Gems
Requires: Fort, Thieves Gauntlet, Den of Thieves or Orc Towers.
Generates Minotaurs. Building the Labyrinth prevents the construction of the Statuary Garden.
Black Wood Black Wood - 6250 Gold , 14 Wood , 5 Mercury
Requires: Fort, Caravan, Statuary Garden or Labyrinth
Generates Nightmares. Building the Black Wood prevents the construction of the Volcanic Vent.
Volcanic vent Volcanic Vent - 6250 Gold , 14 Wood , 5 Sulfur
Requires: Fort, Rogue's Guild, Statuary Garden or Labyrinth
Generates Efreeti. Building the Volcanic Vent prevents the construction of the Black Wood.
Hydra Pond Hydra Pond - 14000 Gold , 16 Wood , 4 Crystal , 20 Mercury , 6 Sulfur
Requires: Fort, Witch Hall, Black Wood or Volcanic Vent
Generates Hydras. Building the Hydra Pond prevents the construction of the Dragon Cave.
Dragon Cave Dragon Cave - 14000 Gold , 6 Wood , 6 Ore , 30 Sulfur
Requires: Fort, Hall of the Dead, Black Wood or Volcanic Vent
Generates Black Dragons. Building the Dragon Cave prevents the construction of the Hydra Pond.

Requires: Sorcerer's Guild Level 2
Temporarily gives the hero twice their normal number of spell points.
Battle Academy Battle Academy - 2000 Gold , 5 Wood , 5 Ore
Requires: Fort
Provides each hero with + 1,000 experience.
Thieves Gauntlet Thieves Gauntlet - 1000 Gold , 6 Ore
Requires: Fort
Increases the hero's Melee Attack by 3 and Ranged Attack by 2.

Grail Building

Eye of Chaos Eye of Chaos
Requires: Grail
Provides 3000 gold per day. Also, the strength of all Chaos Magic spells are increased by 50%.
